In one of their best roles eer, distinguished actors Nour el Sharif and Soad Hosni star in this overwhelming film which witness the unstable social and political life in Egypt during the late 60s and early 70s of the last century. The film revolves around a group of university students whose lives are turned upside down because of their talks about the political instability the country was going through at the time. While some of the students managed to recover, others have been doomed and fought for their lives.
Un des plus important film au cinéma égyptienne. Il nous donne une très bonne représentation dune période très importante dans la vie égyptienne pendant depuis 40 ans. A travers les étudiants que se rassemble toujours au café (le Karnak) discutant ensemble ce que se passé dans la vie et spécialement la vie politique. Un jour la vie de ce group change ; quest ce que se passé ; on le verra au film

فيلم سياسى يرصد فترة مهمة من الحياة السياسية فى مصر من اواخر الستينات الى أوائل السبعينات, من خلال مجموعة من طلاب الجامعة (زينب, اسماعيل وحلمى) الذين تنقلب حياتهم راسا على عقب نتيجة احاديثهم التى تتطرق احيانا للسياسة فى وقت المناخ العام فى البلاد وخصوصا السياسى غير مستقر. فتتعرض حياتهم للمطبات الشديدة ويفقد بعضهم توازنه الى ان يقدر البعض استعادة حياته مرة اخرى (زينب واسماعيل) الذين جسدهما الفنانة المتميزة "سعاد حسنى" والفنان "نور الشريف" فى واحد من اجمل ادواره, والبعض الاخر يفقد توازنه بل حياته (حلمى) والذى قام به المتمكن (محمد صبحى).
